Look forward to Mondays with this class designed to Deepen your Practice.
Each week we explore aspects of yoga philosophy and the foundations of our asana practice as part of a well balanced, strengthening and energising class that flows with the breath.
Suitable for beginners with an interest in learning about wider aspects of yoga, as I provide multi-level options and we move slowly and mindfully between postures.
The class will include calming or energising breathwork (pranayama) before a deep relaxation (savasana).
