Mindful Vinyasa Flow
A middle of the week, well-balanced practice to calm and energise body & mind.
More experienced yogis will have the opportunity to deepen the meditative aspects of their practice and explore some of the more challenging options given in class. We conclude with inversions, a restorative posture or breathwork (pranayama) before a deep relaxation (savasana).
