Mindful Vinyasa Flow
A middle of the week, well-balanced practice to calm and energise body & mind. Suitable for all abilities, this is the best class for beginners to start with.
More experienced yogis will have the opportunity to deepen the meditative aspects of their practice and explore some of the more challenging options given in class. We conclude with inversions, a restorative posture or breathwork (pranayama) before a deep relaxation (savasana).
