Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. A chance to step away from the busy-ness and constant activity of daily life and go inward. This meditative practice provides complete physical, mental and emotional healing and relaxation through stillness and breath focus, holding each posture for a few minutes.
An ideal practice to balance out your dynamic yoga or other athletic training, to overcome the fatigue and stress of daily life or to recover from illness and injury.
Each class concludes with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep). This powerful form of meditation, a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, encourages deep relaxation, recovery and awareness.
