Its a joy to share practices that support us all physically, mentally & emotionally as we grow and age.

Yoga has benefitted me in so many ways over 20+ years. My practice has evolved through different life stages, including motherhood, stressful life changes and previous ill health.

I am a life long teacher of many subjects and completed my 500-hour holistic yoga teacher training with the highly regarded Devon School of Yoga in 2016. I have also been fortunate to learn from excellent teachers around the world over the years. I acknowledge and thank them all.

Most recently I have been studying Qi Gong with Patrick Holden, Yoga Anatomy with Jason Crandell & continue to practice with the Devon School of Yoga community whenever possible.

I feel honoured to continue to share these ancient & modern teachings today with a wonderful community of students. I have now been teaching full time for over 7 years & have learned & grown so much over these years. Thank you to all the students, teachers & friends who have supported me.

Originally from South Africa, its been a long journey from Durban to Dartmoor. I have lived & put down roots (literally) in Yelverton for almost a decade now. When I’m not practising or studying, I love to spend time exploring Dartmoor, trail running, swimming, tending two beautiful allotments, cooking & sharing delicious plant based food. I’m also a proud mum to an awesome 15 year-old.

I’m a big believer in the power of real-life community and spend a lot of time and energy supporting my local communities wherever I can. I also provide low income support places for those in the community who aren’t able to afford classes.

In 2020 I used some of the lockdown shutdown time to realise my long time dream and launched my complementary business: working as a retreat chef. I provide delicious and nutritious food for retreat days and workshops.

I love combining 3 of my great passions: to bring people together to share nourishing food, beneficial yoga practices & the magic of Dartmoor.

I hope you can join for a class or a day soon. Enjoy your practice
