My classes are grounded & accessible to all, building focus, consistency and long-term learning. As a lifelong teacher, my aim is to share some of the deeper teachings of the yogic tradition and to help you create a set of tools to use beyond the mat.


Yoga styles

Gentle Yoga Flow

A friendly class suitable for all ages & abilities: calming, strengthening and energising, a wonderful way to start your week.

Mindful Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga means to initiate each movement from the breath. This dynamic, strengthening practice becomes a moving mediation, building awareness one breath at a time. 

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

A meditative practice for complete physical and mental relaxation and recovery, using breath awareness for a few minutes in each posture.
